On month 4 and it has changed my life from 3 heavy pads/day to none. It takes time to reach peak efficacy.I take it alone (not combined with BP meds). Savings Card avail.online for $50 discount. I pay $20 per month. I have my dignity back.

Since using this med, I have stopped having to run to the bathroom, wetting myself when I couldn't make it and I no longer have the immediate urge to urinate. It does not cause constipation like the other medsI have tried. Medicare will pay for this med if you have had bad results on the other drugs and your doc will do the paperwork. So far this med has improved my quality of life immensely.

This is the first medication that I have taken for bladder spasms and insterstitial cystitis that works very well however my insurance has not approved it yet and does not pay for the prescription.

After a month of use I see no difference in the how frequently I have to urinate. I have not noticed any of the side effects.

I have had minimal response to this medication. I still void 20 to 25 times per 24 hour period. I take the medication in the a.m. Between 2 and 5pm. I do experience some minor relief.

Same side effects as the old drugs. Same side effects, dry eyes, dry mouth, dry throat and still peeing frequently. Don't waste your time or money.
