Have found after continued use and added OTC supplements for blood sugar control this medicine is working well. Much better numbers most in the normal range of 80-110.

This drug has put me into Acute Renal Failure!!!!!! Enough said.. If you take this medication for the first year at least have Basic Metabolic Profiles done, in just 6 months it put me into Acure Renal Failure.

I had 5 way bypass surgury in August 2012 My glucose numbers at the time went up to appoximatly 180 mg/dl since september 1 until today it has dropped to 90 mg/dl only problem is 7 readings below 65

After 3 full weeks of use, I have found less effectiveness in blood sugar control than regular 50/1000 Janumet. The only real difference is it is not effective long enough..effective within the first 8-10 hours of use and after that the numbers climb whether I have eaten or not.
