Anxiety used to trigger vasovagal responses to me and acute diarrhea. This medicine (a single pill each night, before sleep) alleviated all the symptoms overnight. I took it for three years and then had to switch to a SSRI, due to weight gain. Mind you that the weight gain was not only caused by the medicine, but also from the fact that I was able to eat whatever I wanted while on it.
