I use this on my 6year old daughter for her Keratosis Pilaris which is notoriously difficult to treat. It's working well for us. Her skin bumps on her upper thighs, upper arms, and face are cleared or clearing. This is expensive, even with insurance so we use it sparingly after baths. It's still doing a great job. Very pleased

After only ten hours of an application to a dry skin area of my leg, the skin got drier and one area produced a scab that began to bleed so profusely that it took several minutes to abate.

My daughter had moderate eczema on her cheeks and after several uses it made the eczema worse. Although it did work very well for my dry hands from over washing.

I have been using Hylatopic for hand dermatitis. I am a nurse and wash my hands endlessly throughout the day. This product seems to work ok as long as I reapply many times a day (like 8-10). It is a bit greasy and smells pretty aweful. It's ok. I'd prefer something that didn't smell as bad and I could use once or twice a day.

This product did absolutely nothing to help my eczema. It burned horribly and smelled terrible. I kept using it hoping it would work but after 3 weeks and three or more times a day applications, my skin was still irritated and the itching did not subside. I told my dermatologist to give me something else. He prescribed EpiCeram and so far I am in love with this product. It has been two weeks and I have seen noticeable improvement in my skin and I think it has helped with the itching as well.

I have rosacea and seb/derm, and this product has worked very very well. I also use Clarifoam ER and Halog, and my face has never been this clear.
