This is the only allergy medication that fully controls my dust allergies. It doesn't make me drowsy, which is a bonus. I always make sure to have some on hand. I take it when needed, whether that's because my allergies are acting up or even when I need to clean the house and might get in some dust. I think different allergy medications work better for different people, but this is the one for me....
