I was using ProAir every four hours, and my chest was so tight I was panting. Now using Dulera, and there is a 100% change. Can breathe well all day, and sleep good at night. I'm 67 years old.

Same day (yesterday) I started Dulera I got an irritation in my throat that has caused me to cough constantly. I now feel like I have a cold My asthma has returned but my HFA inhaler is no help which makes me feel like I am really fighting a cold. And today I have been having unexplained feet/shin cramps. I eat a balanced diet and drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. I've used Advair for years which has controlled my asthma so well that I rarely use my inhaler and forget to even worry about having asthma... thanks to my HMO my Advair is no longer covered and so now I get to try all sorts of new replacements which means I'm back to hours at the doctor's office and urgent care units. How is this helping them cut costs? What kind of health care is this? Read More Read Less

I take Dulera for COPD. My large airways have improved, going from 25% to 57% of normal. I have overcome loss of voice by gargling 10 times instead of just 4 or 5. Otherwise, I get a very raspy voice. I have had a few leg cramps in odd places. I also am having migraines (visual problems but no headache) almost daily. Prior to taking Dulera, I got them about once a year. I also have a lot of involuntary hand tremmors.

After seeing other posts I realize Dulera (not allergies) is the cause of my extreme hoarseness, chest tightness and mucous. I'm stopping immediately, calling my doc in the morning.

Severe dry mouth at night - leg cramps at night..not easy to use big inhaler tube, overall I disliked the whole situation. Preferred my Advair, which my medical plan did not want to pay for.

It seem to work good, but after one month i had to quit using it. I almost lost my voice and could barely talk, only a whisper. I don't know if was just me or if anyone else had this problem. I would not suggest this to my friends.

Today is day 4 of taking Dulera. Yesterday I didn't think much of the dizziness/ light headedness, as I am also being treated for bronchitis.. But today, I now feel my heart beating throughout my body, nervous, feeling anxiety, seriously worried about heart attack, due to the quick onset of symptoms. Thankfully, I decided to look at other people's reactions to this drug, and I see I am not the only one. Will I ever take this again...no way in hell! I've been afraid for my health thanks to my reaction to this.Read More Read Less

My doctor prescribed Dulera for my Asthma. I used for about a month and broke out in a horrible rash on my neck and my chest. Rash is red inflamed and itchy. I have not been able to get rid of it. I will never use this medication again.

I was diagnosed wtih CANCER 2 times within 6 months of taking DULERA. Ventolin is the only medication I take regularly. A year ago, my Dr. prescribed Dulera and I took it for 6 months, until I was getting my period every 2 weeks, was very dizzy, my voice went hoarse for several weeks, had daily nose bleeds, and had very low energy. All these symptoms went away when I stopped taking Dulera. In the 6 months since, I have been dianosed with CANCER TWICE. Basal Cell Carcinoma (skin cancer) and now Adenocarcinoma (cervical cancer). I don't think Dulera directly caused the cancer, but I do think the drug weakened my immune system. DO NOT TAKE THIS DRUG!!!!!!!! It's side effects far out weigh any good that it does. I have had Dulera for a while, but was not good at taking it as much as prescribed. A few weeks ago, I started taking it religiously, because I was going on a high elevation backpacking trip. I experienced extreme anxiety on my trip, and at first, attributed it to the altitude, but since I have been back, My anxiety has worsened! Panic attacks throughout the day! I stopped taking it yesterday, and today I am feeling a bit better. I had not read any reviews related to panic until now, so, I don't think it is psychosomatic....Read More Read Less
