I had a nail fungus infection on both of my big toes. My dermatologist recommended the ELON Dual Defense Anti-Fungal Formula. I used it twice each day and it worked very well but I made the mistake of not using it consistently once it got better and the infection came back. I then made sure I used it twice every day and the infection cleared. I called the company and they told me to continue using for as long as it took to clear because there will still be organisms and, if they are all not killed, the bugs will breed and come back in 6-12 months.
