the effect of this drug to me is it gives me hard to breath

It's thick and gooey and nasty. I hope they change the formula. It worked okay but I threw it away because of the thick awfulness. Will never buy it again.

Aside from the nasty taste, it gave me diarrhea.

Took this for a cough related to cold. I had a year old bottle that was almost empty and finished that up. It tasted good, was easy to swallow, and worked. Then I bought a new bottle and the taste was totally different and the liquid was thick and gooey. I didn't notice any difference in my cough. Was very disappointed. It wasn't cheap.

Bought this by mistake. Thought at first it was spoiled. Too thick, nasty taste, almost too thick to swallow. Leaves a bitter aftertaste. Did not really help my cough.

Robitussin DM-Max helped my cough some, but dizziness occurred once it got into my system. The lightheadness that came along with the medication is enough to warn me to stay clear of this in the future.

Had been using Robitussin DM for a long time. Couldn't find it and bought MAX. Everything about it is distasteful and awful. I am back to Robitussin DM only!! As are my family.

Nasty taste & horrible aftertaste that lingers. Thick...almost jello like & difficult to drink from medicine cup. Didn't do anything for cough or expectoration of phlegm. Took 1 dose. This AM threw remainder away. DO NOT recommend this "new & improved" product!!!!!!

this new type of Dm is like downing molasses, real thick not like old product. felt like i was poisoned, threw the bottle, boy did they ruin a good product

This is the most vial tasting stuff I've ever tried. As soon as I swallowed it it made me nauseous. Didn't do anything for my cough. I think someone sat around and said "what can we put in this to make it taste really awful?"

It made me cough more and more. I just stopped using it and went back to Codine which is the only thing that quiets my cough.
