changed my magnesium to this after Lara Briden recommendation, trying to help with anxiety and quality of sleep. HUGE leap in effectiveness over previous magnesium (Calm powdered product). Highly recommend, best I've felt in years.

I have had restless leg syndrome for years. It has been excrucuating to say the least. I started taking magnesium glycinate and it is amazing...the legs stopped wanting to move and I have been able to get wonderful rest at night!!! 5 stars all the way!

Is helping with my A FIB..Also i put epsom salt in a spray bottle and water 50/50 and spray on chest.So that and this magnesium...I am doing alot better !
