Worked great for my urinary flow and output. I felt like I had completely emptied out. Did not do much for the frequency especially during the nighttime. Could not have an orgasm or ejaculate. A real negative especially considering the improvement in urination. Discontinued the drug and going back to the Doctor to see what can be the next step.

In taking Rapaflo along with Vesicare I am not sure, but it seems that I have an increase in a DURATION of drowsiness. My symptoms of BPH seems less.

The slightly stuff nose is acceptable. Only woke to urinate twice a night and that remains the same. The retrograde ejactulation has made sex mediocre. Will seek another medication.

I took FLOMAX & URAXATRAL, they did not seem to be as effective as RAPAFLO. I have been on it for a tear now and am very satisfied. Because of a lack of insurance I had to get off of it for 3 weeks and was I miserable, finally just paid for it out of my pocket. What a relief it was to get back on it.

Was on Flomax - caused stuffy nose, dry mouth, sore muscles, light headed & some crazy dreams. These side effects outweighed any benefit. Switched to Rapaflo, only slight stuffy nose remains. Rapiflo does cause complete anejaculation (no ejaculation, & not in bladder). Slightly to moderately diminished orgasm remains, a somewhat strange feeling but o.k. to good. Overall, Rapaflo works much better for me than Flomax. The pluses greatly outweigh the minuses.

i am 48 years old i have enlarged prostate. had bladder n prostate scoped as a precaution, negative on scope.doctor gave me rapaflow to try for one month. He then had me stop for 3 weeks.I then went back to him, and he asked me if there was a difference.i did not realize it at the time, but the medication made a big differance in my urination at night and also my flow is better.I also have the same side effect during sex,i feel it but it is dry.

I had been treated at VA hospitals with numerous meds. none helped incdluding FloMax types. VA gives out only generic meds, went to a local Dr. who said try Rapaflo-Hooray it worked went from 10-12 trips a night to 3-4. Cost is only drawback. For me it is very very expensive & for those of us on fixed incomes-the VA has nothing generic of this med, but I will stay on it as long as the pocketbook allows. Sex life went down but cant have everthing at least I am sleeping better, VA does give out a genaric Viagra will give it a try. Read More Read Less

yes, it works great for the helping with the urination but it not very helpful when it comes to helping my wife out. no fun to have a natural carrying utensil and not being able to enjoy it. i thought Viagara and Cialis was supposed to that,at least you can enjoy it.

Used for constricted bladder neck. Tried Flowmax, Cardura, and Uroxatrol. Have been using for 2 weeks. No dizziness like flowmax but very stuffy nose. Orgasim is good but nothing comes out like others. Seems to work about the same as flomax. Some relief but still straining many times to start urination.

No ejaculate. Quit for that reason. Having depression and anxiety. Suspect quitting cold turkey may have been the reason.
