I just love this spray! I have suffered for many years with allergy related sinus problems. Having sinus surgery did not help. Over the years the doctors have put me on many differednt types of meds and sprays and this is the ONLY thing that has EVER worked. Funny thing is the Astelin did not. I have no nose bleeds and I think the taste is sweet. I know this may sound corny but this little sp...
I JUST FEEL AS IF THIS MEDICATION MADE IT WORSE FOR ME. I FEEL HORIBLE, AND STILL CANT BREATH THROUGH MY NOSE.

Wow! I know how to properly use nasal spray and no matter what this stuff goes to the throat and it’s disgusting! It makes my nasal passages tingle and start to sneeze and gag! What is wrong with this medicine? Never used anything like this stuff and will have to go buy my old stuff. Waste of money! And it didn’t even work. Actually made it worse!

This is the most unpleasant medicine I have ever used. The bitterness and nasal stinging was so intense. I actually started having a runny nose and started to gag. I was hoping to find an allergy spray that was steroid free but I’m sure I will not use this product again. I waisted my money and will go back to the medication I was using before.

This stuff is absolutely horrible!!!!! It did not help at all and the horrendous taste from that little bit that runs down your throat. Made me sicker than I was already. I actually returned it to the store for a refund. I only grabbed it because the store didn't have Flonase. Never again .. I'd go without before buying it.

Oh my word, what a rude medication. I decided to give this a go for the first time and as soon as I shot it up my nose I was like "oh crap!". The stinging and then the taste hit me and it was like shooting an industrial cleaning fluid into my sinuses. Then the odd sensation of a sweetness hit. I could not get the taste out of my mouth. It seemed to help a tad bit, but wayyyyyy not worth the nasty taste. WASTE of money. Going back to Nasacort!

I don’t know what the difference is between Asteoro OTC and azelastine prescription, but the OTC is killing me. Headache, nausea, chest tightness, can’t sleep… I never had any of these issues with the Rx.

Ten days in, Astepro is a miracle. I've tried everything for congestion & drainage. This is the only thing that works and it works fast. Tastes sweet. However, will use only at bedtime, otherwise I'm down for a long nap. Good thing I'm retired!

I’ve tried this for a week. I use a cpap and one of my nostrils is completely blocked. It makes it nearly impossible to breathe through my nose. It doesn’t help at all. If anything, it makes me more congested. And the taste is terrible.

Might as well spray water up your nose, still congested after max dosage. I will never buy again.

Terrible taste and poor performance compared to other common nasal sprays. Sometimes it feels like it helps, other times it makes my nose worse. Maybe worth a try if you can't use anything else better, but would never recommend more than that to anyone.

DIDN'T WORK FOR ME! It's easy to use & even with holding my head down, it still found it's way to some taste buds. It's horrible tasting. I continued to have a runny nose and sneezing after trying it for 48 hours. Using more only made me tired and increased the symptoms, except when sleeping. When sleeping, I got congested. If it works for you, more power to you!

i have been using this for a month. I use it at night so I can breath easier due to allergies but I wake up with congested nose. I switched to days and it barely helps. Still clogged nasal passages. I wouldnt mind the horrible aftertaste if it worked. But this doesnt.

Was taught by my allergist to use this as an additional antihistamine to use before exposure. My seasonal allergies get crazy with tree pollen (sprin) and then weed pollen (fall). During those seasons I take a low dose oral antihistamine all the time, then take a shot of azelastine in each nostril a half hour before yard work or bicycling. It works great! Keeps reactions from going nuts during and after exposure.

I suffer horribly with allergies. Astepro works to alleviate most symptoms and is one of the only things that I have found to work but the horrible aftertaste that lingers for hours makes me very reluctant to use it.

Of course as always every year when that spring weather hits my nose feels like a giant brick wall with snot oosing from my nostrils. Saw ads for the product and gave it a try, boy was I amazed when the $15 price tag hit me for a little tiny bottle. But I was willing to try anything to get my nose back to normal and get rid of my allergies. I put it in my nose, push and then the liquid hits my nose. Felt good for a second, that was until 2 minutes later a really biter taste hit my mouth. It made me feel like I wanted to puke. Brushed my teeth 2 times to try and get rid of the taste, it worked but only for 20ish minutes and it was right back. While it worked a bit and I can breath though my nose a little better but im not sure if it's worth the bitter taste. Read More Read Less
