Taking in combo with Truvada. Had severe nausea and vomiting daily at first. Gained 90lbs in 6 months mostly around the underarms and upper back as well as stomach. Regardless of side effects it took no time to become undetectable and have been for 5 years. My cd4 count is above 800. Unfortunately I still get nausea often and have little to no appetite, even with high amounts of medical marijuana. Which incidentally has helped immeasurably with nausea, vomiting and appetite. Having an 'extra' few decades to live is well worth a few upchucks. But I miss being able to go out and eat a good meal at a restaurant or even at home. I'm lucky to be able to eat(or even have the inclination to put something in me) once maybe twice a day. I try to snack throughout the day but it is hard when thee is no appetite.Read More Read Less
