After taking the drug about 6 days I began to have breathing problems. After being encouraged to to continue the drug by the hospital and my doctor, I continued taking it for almost 2 more weeks. During that time I was barely able to breathe and could do nothing. I assume I must have been allergic to it because the symptoms began to subside in less than 24 hours after the last dose.
