Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. It does give me a dry mouth, a slightly sluggish morning after 8 hours of sleep, possibly aggravates dry eyes and my silent reflux. With hypothyroidism I had trouble getting sleepy so this helped solve that issue. Post menopausal, asthma, sleep apnea, obesity and allergies
