my dr recommended clomid after a year of not being able to conceive, i took it on day 5 through 10 on my cycle, and it worked the first try. i am now 7 weeks pregnent aND HAVE my first ultrasound on st patricks day. sure i sufferd from hot flashes, but thats nothing compared to the gift i have gtrowing inside of me..:) best of luck, god bless.

This was my first month on clomid 100mg and it was horrible I took it for 6 days during that time i was having only hot flashes and after that I ended up in the hospital with lots of fluid in my abdomen and a ruptured cyst due to the medication- it was the worse pain ever!!!

I was on 150mg of clomid and 1500mg of metformin for over 6 months and yes it did make me ovaluate 6 outta 7 months but not pregnant.. dr just put me in femera so we will see...wish me luck!

hey guys, just thought i would give you all the great news! i had taken clomid for 4 mos, was on 150mg and it worked! i am now 7 wks preg! the side effects from the clomid were worse than my preg side effects! :) it was all worth it, and i hope and pray that all of you trying dont give up, and are successful with your "trying!" god bless!

hey all! i have taken clomid for 4 months and i am happy to say i am finally prego! im 3 weeks a long. i must admit it wasnt a fun ride, hot flashes moodswings and the emotional rollercoaster of am i gonna ov this month? am i preg this month? but finally just when i thought they were pms symptoms and took a test just to prove to mysyle that it was "just pms" i found out its not! i hope clomid works for you all, keep up the prayers and dont give up! love, hopeful

HELLO, DON'T LET ANY OF THESE REVIEWS DISCOURAGE YOU!!! I READ ALL OF THEM AND I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT THE DRUG WILL EFFECT PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT WAYS. I HAD NO PROBLEMS EXCEPT BEING A GROUCH. MY LAB RESULTS CONFIRMED THAT MY FIRST DOSE OF 50 MG. DID MAKE ME OVULATE!!! SO, GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE !!!

The side effects were minimal. the most I had was headaches and irritability. I didnt have the blurred vision or any of the other symptoms. Hopefully I will see great results in a few weeks.

i haven't been ovulating due to my pcos and my hubby and i have been trying for a baby. the 1st cycle (50mg) nothing. i finished my 2nd cycle(100mg) & i fanally ovulated! symptoms weren't too bad, bad hotflashes though! hopefully we will have an exciting surprise in the next week or 2. good luck to everyone!

I'm not sure how effective this medicine is, I just begin taking it a few days ago (I had a 5 day perscription) On day 5-which was Monday, I woke to a swollen eye-lid and rash on my face. By Tuesday my other eye begin to swell from the bottom, hives on my face, swollen ear, and enough itching to drive me mad. After a doc's visit and more meds to take-I am now on steroids, which of course puts off the chance to try for a baby this month. As you can see this medicine is not for me, I hope everyone else has better results. I didn't know that I was allergic to the meds. Hopefully everything will clear up soon.Read More Read Less

i took this med for three months and ended up with a daughter. just depends on your body

I was on this medication for three months. I became pregnant. Side effects were minimal.

HIYA GIRLS..WELL IM ON MY FIRST MONTH OF CLOMID AND IVE HAD BLEEDING EVERYDAY,HEADACHES,MOOD SWINGS AND IM VERY THIRSTY, OH YEAH AND DOWN BELOW IM AS DRY AS A NUNS CRUTCH! I HAVE TO RING UP HOSPITAL FOR MY 21DAY RESULTS TOMMOROW SO FINGERS CROSSED ALL THIS SUFFERING HAS BEEN WORTH IT. GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU LADIES OUT THERE ON THIS AWFUL SICKNING DRUG THEY HAVE GIVIN US AND REMEMBER BELIEVE IN IT AND IT WILL HAPPEN...DONT GIVE UP IVE BEEN TRYING FOR 13YRS AND I STILL THINK IT WILL HAPPEN..X

This medication made me feel horrible. I took it for seven months and got negaative results each month. I don't reccommend any person take this med. Please take my advice and listen to your body.

This medication is no good. It makes you fell awful. It cause facial hair growth and extreme mood swings. Don't take it.

Pissed and hurt been trying for year to get pregnant and still no baby. Been on med for 3 months. Can someone tell me something to give me hope. Also so how long to stay on Doc is going to stop if it don't work after this. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
