It definitely depends on your own body how you will react. I used it 3 years ago and after one month got pregnant. Not many side effects at that time, just the hot flashes. Have been on it again now for 3 months and stopping. This time, horrible cramping and stomach pain. Definitely worth a try if you are just starting to try to conceive. You won't know how your body will react until you've at least tried one round of the meds.

I had no success during the first month on this medicine. Currently working on month 2 and waiting for it to kick in so I can take advantage of the use of this product. Only time will tell but not giving up regardless of results.

I said that this drug was effective because it did indeed make me ovulate. I ovulated every time on 50 mg. The problem that I had was that it depleted my lining so even though I ovulated, an egg couldn't implant. So the medicine did do it's function, however the side effect made it impossible to get pregnant.

1 out of 10 people taking any medication will experience a bad reaction. Everyone is different. I took 4 cycles over the course of a year. After 3 cycles and no ovulation I went on a diet, lost 25 lbs, then tried it again (200mg) and conceived. The worst side effects for me were mood swings and headache. Over all....Fantastic results. Good luck ladies and god bless.

I have been taking 100MG of this for quite a few months. I've only had some hot flashes but they did not last long. I am still not pregnant but it is working with regard to ovulation.
