My son was born with CP. His eye doctor put him on Xalatan and recently put him on Alphagan. Since the treatment of Alphagan started he has complained of nose, throat and sinus irritation and congestive feeling. He is 26 yrs old and has optic nerve narrowing caused by the CP. He has a hard time clearing this feeling and often hyperventilates himself. I told him to try to breathe slowly. He says his sinuses and throat burn and feel clogged.
