This is the second time I am using the product. I have a blockage that even the Dr. couldn't remove so they suggested this. The problem I have with it is that the directions aren't very clear. It says leave in for a few minutes by tilting head or putting a cotton ball in, but are you supposed to remove it afterwards, and if so how? Or should you just leave it in there? I have worked in a pharmacy ...
I tried this product, It just made my ears worse... Now I need surgery to get out that middle ear clog's.

The instructions are horrible - how many minutes do you wait? and what happens next? I assume the softened / loose wax MUST exit the ear canal (and out of the ear all together, right?) to feel any difference. But I have noticed that no reviewer mentions any wax they have removed - the ones giving 5 stars only mention that they apply the drops, and... boom, magic happens. How? I don't think diluted wax will evaporate. What I believe is that this liquid can slightly open the passage that may be blocked but does NOT remove any wax. Thus, it is just a temporary relief - wax will again, soon, close the passage and need to make ongoing treatments. The best way to resolve this issue is to COMPLETELY REMOVE the wax (versus relocating it inside the ear). Of course the wax will always continue to be created/built but a complete flush (at the ENT's office) will last for many years (over 5 yrs for me). This product has done nothing for me.Read More Read Less

Totally satisfied with this product. The dispenser for the drops is almost exactly the same as my eye drops; and I made that mistake. A distinct cap on ERO drops would be appreciated.

I have worked in a pharmacy for several years so I'm not dense and was able to get the needed info but what about the average user? They need to be more clear on that. Read More Read Less

Three days befor using this product my ear suddenly was blocked! Since I had never had any problems with my ear before I immediately assumed it hade to be a ear infection. I was exstremly alarmed because my hear had faided and the feeling I had was very uncomfortable. I to a trip to see a Dr. Who advised me to buy a over the counter Ear Wax Removal Kit. I went to a local drug store and purchased Debrox and exspierenced no relief after using the product 4x's. I then seeked advise from my parents on weather or not I should just bypass the middle man and go see a ENT SPECIALIST. It was that moment that I learned that my dad has the same trouble with his ear from time to time as well and he then introduced to me the E-R-O Ear Wax Removal kit. I couldn't wait to get home and give it a try.......I carefully followed all the instructions and used this product and I must admit it was not immediate that I felt the reliefe but about 30 minutes later my ear was back to normal. It was a exciting exspirence because my ear had ben clogged for three days. This product is now #1 on my list! Read More Read Less
