my 3 year old grandaughter has a staph infection, medication seems to be working.i was concerned about the dosage which is 75mg/ ml granulesup j 4 times a day for 10 days

Infection on shin after getting 14 stiches. On Cephelexcin for 2 weeks. No help. On Ofloxacin for 5 day. No help On Cleocin (Rx 4XDay-10days) After two days, infection starting to look better. Also have swelling, but I'm taking a water pill for that.

my son is 3 years old an taking this medicine for an ear infection. he has had problems with his stomach and has been throwing up while taking this medicine and the medicine has not worked

I was on this drug for a bacterial infection in my lung and i was given only a few months to live. the med really saved my life after 3 months.But i got nyuropthy in my legs and feet from it and no one knew it could cause that. I would take it again if it was a matter of life or death But i wish i was told it was gonna cause me to have a hard time getting around.

On it for 7 days post tonsillectomy, tates awful & bitter, but no infection!

i have been taking this med for 3 days now and still have an infection at the site where my wisdom teeth were removed. This is a very large capsule also. Hard to swallow.

I read the reviews here before taking this med. I was okay the first few days and thought I'd be one of the lucky ones, without the side effects. I wasn't. Day 3 I have the most awful heartburn I have ever had in my life! I drank extra water as suggested and feel like I'm getting worse instead of better. I will no longer take this medicine at all. I don't normally write reviews & do what my doctor suggests but this drug isn't worth the side effects.

My 17-month old daughter had a staph infection of the fluid in her knee joint. After surgery to drain the fluid, she's taking this orally for 3 weeks. I had the pharmacist mix with cherry flavoring, and she takes it 3x day without protest. No complications, but it seems to make her more tired than usual. And to me, it still tastes/smells vile even with the flavoring, but she takes it anyway.

I not only had very bad heart brun while takeng the drug, I also developed a er bad rash on my somach, and back and up one side of my neck

This drug was prescribed by my dentist for an absessed tooth. The drug is horrible in that it caused me to have severe heartburn.

my son had an infection on his gum..and took this medicine for 7 days and now he has this terrible looking rash alllllll over his legs and his body and arms and chest and back...poor kid...now he has to take steroids for the next 3 days to make sure his rash is nothing serious...

My 7 year old son has had acute sinus infections for over 3 years. He has stayed on antibiotics almost the entire time. Now on this one, they said was the best, still no help! It tastes and smells like month old garbage and he has to take 1TBSP 3x a day for 21 days. Hasn't helped us at all!!

My daughter was in pain for five days and in the isolation unit at the hospitol for an infection that was caused by taking this drug. She needs to take stuff for her stomach and another drug to fix it.

My son went through 5 rounds of cleocin (where the infection would appear to go away, then come back a few weeks later) before we found out that the MRSA was reisitant to cleocin. It tasted like gasoline and got impossibly thick if it got cold.

Helped my child fight off mrsa.
